Arrival Day

You will be met by one of our driver guide at the airport or bus stop and drive you to the Hotel in Arusha or Moshi. But if you are here already, then we always organize a guide to meet you at your location. Once in the Hotel you will be delivered with tour briefing by our professional guides then relax and get ready for the next day.

Day 1

Arusha -Tarangire National Park

In the morning you will be greeted by your transfer driver and transferred to the Arusha Airport. You will board a light aircraft and fly to Kuro airstrip in the Tarangire National Park. After your landing, you will be greeted and taken to the lodge which is located just outside of the park on the eastern boundary. After a late lunch at the camp, you will join an afternoon game drive into the Tarangire National Park. After extensive wildlife watching and later evening return to lodge for overnight.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

The entire day is dedicated to exploring the Tarangire National Park. You will enjoy a full day of activities including morning and afternoon game drives into the park.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Transfer to the airstrip. On a scheduled light air transfer, you will reach the Manyara airstrip which is set high above the African Rift Valley. There will be time to enjoy the stunning views of the Lake Manyara below before your driver takes you to The Retreat at Ngorongoro is a meticulously themed lodge set within 30 acres of land with clear emphasis on nature and birdlife in the area.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

In the early morning, you will be on your way down into the crater for an exciting game drive. With tens of thousands of animals inhabiting the crater floor, excellent sightings are nearly guaranteed. After lunch, you will continue your wildlife adventure and return to the lodge in the early afternoon. The rest of the day will be at leisure. Soak in the beautiful views, lean back and unwind.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Serengeti National Park

This morning is perfect for sleeping in and resting. At around noon, you will be taken back to the Manyara airstrip and fly to the Serengeti National Park. Upon landing, your guide will meet you and take you on a game drive en route to the camp. You will arrive at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge in time for sundowners, followed by a delicious dinner and overnight. Kubu Kubu is the latest addition to the portfolio of properties of Tanganyika Wilderness Camps. This camp is strategically located to ensure that all areas of the Serengeti are within reach of our guests, including legendary locations like the famous Maasai kopjes, the Museum of Olduvai Gorge, Seronera and the Grumeti River.

Day 6

Serengeti National Park

Today you will enjoy a full day of activities and join morning and afternoon game drives in the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Explore the southern Serengeti plains as well as the Seronera Valley where you will often see wildebeests and zebras and with few luck lions and other predators. Besides exiting wildlife encounters, a bush lunch will be a highlight of your stay.

Day 7 – 8

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will be driven to the airstrip and board your scheduled flight to the northern Serengeti. At the Kogatende airstrip, you are welcomed by your guide who will take you to the stunning Lemala Kuria Hills, Here  each tent has a sitting room with mini bar, bedroom with mosquito netted bed, spacious bathroom with freestanding bath, indoor and outdoor shower and a spacious deck with tables and chairs, a private plunge pool and sun beds.

Day 9

Serengeti National Park – Arusha

After breakfast at the camp, your guide will transfer you to the airstrip. A light air transfer will take you back to the Arusha where your safari adventure ended
